The host venue, Sugar House, has the same licensing as any other hotel with a bar, however, Sugar House does not cater to vacationers or business people. They cater to party people like you!
 
If you rent a hotel room at the Hyatt and throw a party, you'll either get kicked out or they will tell you to be quiet and that's just not fun. Sindicate Seven on Friday Nights at Sugar House, we encourage you to rent a room at a very reasonable rate and party like we know you love to do without fear of making too much noise and pissing off the neighbors, because in the suite next door they will be doing the same...partying after 2:00am.
 
What about booze? Well, just as in any hotel whatever you order to drink is not subject to be picked up after 2:00am. If you order wine, champagne, bottle service, or even a case of beer from the bar, it's yours to consume all-night and no one can knock on your door to take it from you. But what's great about the suites at Sugar House is that they're designed for partying, not just sleeping!
 
 All suite guests are of course have access to the Parlour all night. The Parlour is a plush lounge room with free billiards, LCD TV's, and a great place to chill steps away from the suites.
